Our founder is a former care worker who has worked closely with individuals and families, and has seen, first hand, the quiet struggles that often sit behind care arrangements.

For families, care can feel impersonal. Different carers arrive each week, relationships struggle to form. Care is frequently shaped by rigid systems rather than by real lives.

Hibant was created to bring care back to what it should be. Human, relational, and built on trust.
