Once you qualify, you can choose to switch to the Reward tier, an optional upgrade that reduces your platform fee from 10% to 8%, plus a small £5/month subscription. You keep more of what you earn, recognised for the consistency you bring.

How to qualify

Three months of good work. A lifetime of lower fees.

The qualification is intentionally straightforward. Build consistent, reliable work through Hibant and we will recognise it.

Reach £2,200 in gross bookings in a single calendar month
Many carers working steadily through Hibant reach this naturally as they build their client base.

Do it for 3 consecutive calendar months
Three months of consistent qualifying earnings shows you are building a sustainable, reliable practice. That consistency is exactly what good care requires and exactly what we want to reward.

You can choose to become a Reward Carer
You are now eligible to opt in. Your platform fee drops from 10% to 8%, plus a £5/month subscription. It is entirely optional. You can stay on the standard 10% with no subscription if you prefer. For most qualifying carers, the switch saves significantly more than the £5 fee.

Maintaining your status

Reward Carer status requires meeting the £2,200 threshold each month. If you dip below in any month, you return to the standard 10% fee and the subscription pauses.

Life happens. If you dip below in one month but hit the threshold the following month, you are straight back on Reward status. No questions asked.

This grace works once per 12 months. If you miss the threshold twice within a 12-month period, you will need to re-qualify with 3 consecutive qualifying months.
